TCU rolled out the red carpet for a large group of unofficial visitors this weekend as the Horned Frogs played host to in-state rival Texas. And with TCU blasting the Longhorns, it couldn’t have been a more perfect weekend. Here’s a look at the top visits in Big 12 country this weekend from a social media view:
One of the important visitors at TCU was ESPN 300 safety Cameron Lewis of Monroe (Louisiana) Wossman. Lewis, the nation’s No. 16 safety, is committed to LSU, but it’s very clear he considering the Horned Frogs, and he loved what he saw in the stands Saturday.
TCU showing love🔥🐸 Great Game‼️

Another key visitor at TCU was Dawson Deaton, a 2017 offensive tackle prospect form Frisco (Texas) High School. Along with interest from TCU, Deaton is getting heavy interest from Arizona State, BYU, Oklahoma, Syracuse, Texas, Texas Tech, USC and others.

Oklahoma didn’t have a large group of targets on campus for official visits, but one of them was ESPN 300 cornerback Jordan Parker of Pittsburg (California) High School. It didn’t take Parker long to figure out the Sooners were the right team for him, as he committed less than 24 hours after arriving at OU.
Committed ... #BoomerSooner thank you to all the coaches that recruited me, I'm blessed 💯 pic.twitter.com/Vw3HvmgKxT

Oklahoma quarterback Austin Kendall was another visitor to Norman this weekend. While Kendall’s trip was an unofficial one, also in Norman this weekend was ESPN 300 safety Brandon Burton. Burton didn’t post much from his visit to OU, but shared something Saturday morning from the airport in Dallas while in transit.

Plenty of prospects were also on hand to watch Texas Tech and Baylor at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. One of the top targets for both teams was 2017 Cedar Hill (Texas) High receiver Jaylon Jackson.
