ESPN 300 wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones was scheduled to visit Florida for its game against LSU this weekend, but Hurricane Matthew has prevented that trip from happening. Peoples-Jones would have flew to Florida from Detroit, but has instead decided to schedule a different trip.
Great Visit.. Ohio State did all of the right things. I couldn't have asked for anything more !! #BuckeyeNation 🅾

The Buckeyes are hosting Indiana and now the No. 32 overall prospect. When asked if he would reschedule his visit to Florida, Peoples-Jones replied, “hopefully.”
Ohio State already has ESPN 300 receivers Trevon Grimes and Tyjon Lindsey committed in the No. 1 ranked class in the country, but Peoples-Jones is an exceptional athlete that could add to the receiver haul.
The Buckeyes will have to battle with rival Michigan to land the talented receiver, though, as the Wolverines are seemingly in a good spot for the Detroit native.
Michigan loses its top two receivers after this season in Amara Darboh and Jehu Chesson and Peoples-Jones has been in Ann Arbor multiple times on unofficial visits. This trip is an unexpected win for Ohio State, though, and can only help its cause in trying to lure him to Columbus.
