Nasir Hossain gives Bangladesh something to shout about in an otherwise sorry chase. Bangladesh weren't playing for a win after they lost four wickets. Their only realistic aim was to bat out 50 overs to see how much they could get. Better than a meek surrender. This may not have been the best advertisement for one-day cricket. Bangladesh needed to save face and draw some positives in defeat, so you cannot fault their resilience. In the end they discovered a gritty player in Nasir Hossain. Hopefully he can bring out some consistent performances.

It could have been different had Pakistan taken their catches. Both Shakib and Nasir were dropped at least once, and the spinners for a change looked worn out. Rare off day for Afridi.

Pakistan take the series 2-0. Stay with us for the presentation.

Mushfiqur: "Special mention to Nasir. He showed us how to bat on this pitch. It;s time to play as a team."

Misbah: "The guys are doing a really good job. It wasn't the best track to bat on, the ball was gripping. Umar Akmal is an impact player. Both Hafeez and Afridi are really good allrounders.Gul's bowling well with the new ball. Really good to have allrounders in the team."

Nasir is the Man of the Match (Mushfiqur translates): "I am over the moon. There were a lot nof good bowlers in their side."

This was interesting because Nasir was trying to answer in English but Ramiz insisted he speak in Bengali!

That's it from us. The next game is on December 6 in Chittagong. Join us then. Thanks for your company and cheers!
