22.2 Collingwood strikes! The change works for England but Kamran is not happy. He went down to paddle a sweep and was struck just in front of off stump, replays show it a tight but good decision and a much-needed breakthrough for England 122/1
25.5 flat and quicker and Swann has done him! Hafeez was rushed as he went back to try and work it to third man, it cramped him for room, came off the pads and went on to the stumps. Double breakthrough for England! 137/2
38.5 that's the way to do it. Broad is fuming, hits the deck hard, finds good lift and a modicum of movement, and Davies gathers a thin edge 211/3
44.1 Shafiq goes! Banged in short and wide by Broad - the slower-ball bouncer - and Shafiq tried to uppercut it over cover point. He was undone by the lack of pace really, the ball popping up to be held by a sliding Bopara at point. He's almost taken out by Strauss, who was also running across to attempt the cash, but maintained his composure to hold onto the ball as his captain tumbled over him 246/4
44.5 but he's gone now! Very similar to the dismissal of Yousuf, it was a back-of-a-length effort ball from Broad, Umar looked to nudge down to third man but got a thin edge, and Davies behind the stumps did the rest 258/5
47.2 Afridi falls! It was a full toss fired at leg stump as he stepped away to give himself room. He tried to thrash it in the air, inside-out, over cover, but just sliced at the ball to hit it very high but not too far. Strauss sets himself under the chance, and a wicket falls at a crucial stage of the innings 278/6

48.4 yorker cleans him up! Full, straight and quick from Bresnan, the ball slips under Gul's flashing bat and disturbs the stumps. Another wicket falls in the Powerplay! 284/7
49.4 wild swing, top edge, and Strauss takes an easy catch in the covers. What bizarre figures Broad has now! 289/8

44.2 Ajmal strikes, Doctrove finally gives one! That was plumb infront though, quick and very full. Strauss was down to sweep and the ball would have smashed into the middle of off stump had his pad not got in the way... Pakistan aren't out of this yet 248/4
6.5 gone! Shoaib strikes! Top work from the veteran, good length just angling across the left hander, finds a faint edge and Kamran holds on! 43/1
32.4 oh dear! All kinds of confusion and Trott could be run out here! Yes, he's gone by a distance. There was a massive lbw appeal when he was trapped in front after missing a sweep, umpire Docktrove declined once more but Trott wandered down the pitch aimlessly and the throw came on from short third man to catch him short! It was Shoaib with the throw as well! Pakistan really needed that! 189/2
39.2 Collingwood down the wicket again but gets a leading edge as he tries to slap into the leg side, looped down to long-on where Azhar Ali, on as a substitute fielder, pouched the simple chance! Pakistan still fighting! 220/3
45.4 Morgan goes, and that could be the key wicket! It was full and angling across the left-hander, he tried to go over the top but sliced the ball high and out to the man on the point boundary. This could get very tight, England's premier finisher departs! 260/5
48.1 tremendous effort from Hafeez running across from long-off! Bopara tried to crash this straight back over his head but got right underneath it to send a steepling chance towards long-off ... Hafeez had a lot to do as he ran in from the boundary, but he slid into position to hold on and that's a vital strike for Pakistan. Ajmal is proving his worth at the death! 282/6

  • Strauss century overhauls Pakistan

This was the game the summer so desperately needed. A tight contest, in front of a full house, fought to the bitter end as England held their nerve, securing a four-wicket victory with three balls remaining to ensure Andrew Strauss's fantastic 126 didn't

  • Afridi wants to regain respect

Shahid Afridi believes his Pakistan team can emerge from their scandal-hit tour of England with respect

  • We don't hold grudges - Trott

Jonathan Trott has insisted England don't hold any 'grudges' against Pakistan despite the home side's impressive form being overshadowed by the spot-fixing allegations

  • Dominant England look to extend run
