29.5 gone! Dilshan throws away his wicket! That was short on middle and he went for a mighty pull over square leg, got the top edge and Misbah-ul-Haq judged it to perfection standing at fine leg. Out almost in an identical fashion to yesterday 165/3
5.5 hit-wicket, what an unfortunate way to get out, short outside off, pushes it wide of cover and sets off for a single but his back foot just clips the stumps while he was attempting that shot. Crucial breakthrough 43/1
11.5 run out, dropped onto the leg side and Sagakkara scampers down the wicket for a quick single, Umar Gul picks up the ball and throws down the stumps at the non-strikers end turning back, Sanga is short by a mile. Another big wicket and Sri Lanka have themselves to blame for the two mishaps thus far 66/2
35.4 Iftikar does the trick, the bowling change works! Good length outside off and he plays through the line this time, but does so very lazily just pushing it uppishly to Shoaib Malik at short cover who pouches it with ease. 190/4
43.3 gone! Good length just fractionally outside off, gets on the back foot to run it down to third man, gets a thick outside edge and Akmal takes a good catch diving to his right. Jayawardene looked good in his short stay at the crease. 231/5
49.5 gone this time, connected well but not well enough to beat Younis Khan at long-off, slower ball bowled full outside off and Kapugedara gets under it nicely again but strikes it straight to Younis who judges it well running a few steps to his left 289/8
46.1 slower ball bowled full on the off stump, missed it completely, he gave himself room but failed to pick it, the off stump is pegged back 253/6
47.4 short outside off, tries to slap it over mid-on, gets the top-edge that's snapped up easily by Kamran Akmal. 269/7

0.6 gone! Nipped back in sharply, landed on a good length outside off and struck Khurram just in line of the off stump as he came forward to defend. Kulasekara went up immediately and the umpire, after some thinking, raised his finger. Close call, but seemed as though it would have clipped off. 6/1
24.5 gone! Is it all over for Pakistan?? Short on leg stump and Butt tries to work it away off the back foot towards square leg, the ball seems to stop on him, he was a touch too early into the stroke, gets the top edge that's cupped easily by Mahela at cover 125/5
2.6 gone! Bowled off an inside edge! Good length outside off stump, a hint of inward movement, tries to open the face to play it in the direction of point, gets a thin inside edge onto the off stump 14/2
3.5 edged and caught-behind! Landed on a good length outside off and cut away sharply from Misbah, plays it away from his body and gets a thin outside edge straight to Sangakkara who pouches it comfortably. 17/3
23.6 gone! Big outside edge, short outside off stump and seemed to hold its line, Malik got onto the back foot to late-cut it past past, got a thick edge that was snapped up well by Sangakkara. The umpire gives the nod and Malik, after a well made 54, has to go back with his runner 125/4
28.3 tame dismissal! That was the straight one, pitched short outside off, Kamran rocked on the back foot to pull it over midwicket, expected that to spin into him, got the top edge and Sangakkara pouched it easily taking a few steps to his right 145/6
31.1 caught at deep midwicket! Curtains for Pakistan. Bowled flat outside off stump, Afridi gets down on one knee and attempts to slog-sweep that into the stands, Kulasekara standing in the deep takes a couple of steps back and cups it over his head inches inside the boundary ropes. Well taken and the stadium is emptying now with Afridi gone 153/9
29.1 gone! Soft dismissal again! Flighted outside off stump drawing the batsman forward, Tanvir reaches for it and pushes it uppishly straight to Dilshan at short cover who takes a good catch diving forward 150/7
30.4 failed to pick the straight one and is given this time! Tossed up on middle, gets forward to defend, misses, is struck in line with middle and off and the umpire has no hesitation this time 151/8
34.5 gone! It's all over! Flighted on the off stump, tries to defend with bat hidden behind pad, spins into the batsman, is struck on the pads and that would have gone on to hit middle and off 161/10
