2.4 Huge appeal and the umpire agrees. That looked adjacent on first viewing. Will Jangoo review? He has a word with his captain and goes up. Pushed quicker on off and middle. The ball skids through and pins Jangoo on the front pad. No turn, the ball carried on with the arm. Jangoo is neither forward nor back and is caught bang in front of the stumps. No bat and the ball-tracker confirms that would have smashed into middle and leg stump. A duck on debut for Jangoo 9/2

Slower through the air on the stumps, Hodge goes down on one knee, plays the sweep shot and finds the leading edge of the bat, the ball strikes the helmet, ricochets, and is easily caught by the short leg fielder 54/8

Pushed quicker on middle, Athanaze eyes the reverse, one that got him so much success in the first Test. 11.1 Edged and taken quite easily at gully. Pushed on a length on off, with the ball turning and bouncing a little bit. Greaves pushes at it, gets a thick outside edge and Babar pouches the easiest of chances to his left. West Indies are five down inside the first hour of play 38/5

11.2 Two in two for Noman Ali! The umpire takes his time and gives this out. Imlach is not bothering reviewing it, too, and West Indies are in dire straits. Noman goes quicker and fuller on middle. Imlach pre-meditates a sweep first up, is beaten by the length of that and is trapped right in front. 38/6

11.3 Noman Ali, you beauty! Becomes the first Pakistan spinner to get a hat-trick in test cricket. Pushed quicker on off stump, and gets a hint of turn. Sinclair pushes at it with an angled blade, gets a thick outside edge and Babar takes a good low catch at gully. Noman is off in celebration. Someone catch him! 38/7

41.1 Noman gets his sixth and Motie's resistance finally comes to an end. Flights this above Motie's eye line well outside off stump. Motie was looking for a big hit downtown, but the the ball pitches and spins sharply back into him sneaking between bat and pad to clatter into the stumps. That will be lunch on day one. 163/10

27.4 Massive appeal and given, fifer for Noman Ali! Slight fuller length on the stumps with the arm, plays the paddle sweep and misses the line of the ball, misses the line of the ball and hits the front pad, loud appeal and the umpire raised his finger. Noman Ali is happy and performs Sijdah on the ground, his eighth fifer in Test Match cricket, third fifer in this ground 95/9

7.3 Forced through bat and pad! Fuller length ball with sharp seam movement inwards, tries to play the front foot drive stroke, beaten by the sharp seam movement, angling in back at the stumps, brushed off the side of the front pad and breaks the stumps! 25/3

5.5 Roach strikes! Tighter line and length ball darted on the off stump and shaping in, plays off the front foot and beaten by the seam movement, hits the front pad. Massive appeal and given. Hurraira decides to send it upstairs after a quick discussion with his skipper. Ultra Edge confirmed no bat involved. Ball Tracking showed three reds and hitting the leg stump with the angle. Pakistan lose their first review of the innings. Hurraira was continually looking uncomfortable with the angled deliveries on the stumps, which Roach took full advantage of. 22/1

6.6 Bowled'em! Flighted good length ball darted on the off stump, arm ball held on the pitch, kept a bit low, Babar stands tall inside the crease and tries to play the late cut square of the wicket, cramped for space and failed to connect, strikes the off stump! 25/2

16.6 Oh, dear that's a soft dismissal. And, that's a great catch by Athanaze. Angled in around off stump. Ghulam pushes at it, straight to Athanaze at bat-pad on the offside. He watches the ball till the end and takes it low to his left. Just like that, West Indies have another opening. 51/4

34.2 Roach takes a screamer! Generously flighted delivery wide outside the off stump, shuffles across, charges forward and attempts to flick it over mid wicket, mishits and mistimed it towards wide of long on, Roach dashes to his left side, dives forward fully extended, grabs the ball with both hands, and rolls three times, injuring his groin in the process. 119/5

40.3 Rizwan falls for 49 and it is that man, Warrican who does the damage, again. This is excellent spin bowling. Gives the delivery plenty of air. Was bowled at 70kph and gets it to dip and bounce and turn. Rizwan charges down the track a little too early in a bid to reach his fifty. Is outsmarted by the bowler and beaten all ends up. Imlach does the rest. 130/6

43.5 Cleans him up! That was flatter at 90kph and kept a little low as well. Salman stays back looking to open the face of the bat and guide this fine. Instead he plays that back onto his stumps. Pakistan eight down and sinking quickly. 146/8

40.5 Two wickets in three balls for Warrican and Noman has been undone. Again, he slows this down to 67kph. Gets a lot of drift away from Noman around middle stump, who jabs at it, gets a thick inside-edge onto pad and Athanaze at short leg ain't dropping those. Just like that, Pakistan are seven down 130/7

44.6 Another one bites the dust. Another one for Warrican Floats this one on middle. Abrar eyes a big hoick across the line, misses and sees his stumps in a mess. That one kept a little low as well 149/9

46.6 They go for a run, and West Indies believe they have their man. And indeed, they do. Slows this up on the shorter side on middle. He laps this to square leg and sets off. Kashif hares down but a flat throw comes in and Imlach does the rest. Kashif falls for a diamond duck on debut. More importantly, though, West Indies have taken a nine-run lead. 154/10

22.6 and Noman gets his man! Brathwaite has taken a lot of chances by stepping out and stepping leg side to create room for his arms. He's picked up a few boundaries in that manner. But this one, flighted and pitching in line with the stumps, is held back nicely by Noman, and it lands shorter than Brathwaite wants and turns sharply away to beat his bat as he tries to slog it over the leg side. Sharp stumping from Rizwan, because although the batter was miles out of his crease, he had to deal with all that turn and bounce 92/2

11.5 Soft Dismissal! Slower through the air with the arm on the off stump line, Louis tries to push it softly through the covers, searching for the single. He lost control of the shot and chipped it directly to Shan Masood at short extra cover. 50/1

27.3 a bit more flight, and I think Jangoo has misjudged the line of this. It's a stump-to-stump ball, and he goes hard at the sweep and misses. Sajid knows he has his man, and the finger goes up quickly. Doesn't turn a great deal, mostly goes with the angle to miss the bat and strike the back pad, somewhere in front of off or off and middle. Jangoo just walks off, doesn't bother to review. Terrific little innings, ends with a misjudgment. Wow, I've got things completely wrong. Looks like there was an inside edge onto the thigh pad, and it lobbed up to Agha at slip. Caught behind, not lbw 106/3

32.1 and he gets his third, and West Indies are four down. Similar dismisal to Brathwaite, and you can't fault West Indies' batters from taking the chance of using their feet. Steps down to try and whip this one through the leg side, but he doesn't get to the pitch of the ball, which pitches around leg stump and beats his bat comfortably to offer Rizwan another stumping 124/4

34.2 oh, cleverly bowled, and it's given! Goes back to a length ball that's angled in, pitching just outside off, and doesn't turn a great deal, but the initial angle causes a misjudgment of line and he ends up playing down the wrong line while trying to work into the leg side. It's delivered with a scrambled seam too. That angle plus lack of turn means it strikes him in line after missing the inside edge, and ball-tracking suggests it's hitting a good chunk of the top of leg stump. Athanaze's review fails, and Noman has his fourth wicket on the stroke of lunch! 129/5

39.1 Abrar strikes! Tossed up fuller length ball down the leg side, Greaves premeditates the reverse sweep and drags it straight to the extra cover fielder, did not get enough power or elevation, soft dismissal once again, gifted his wicket away 145/6

55.5 what a delivery! Beautifully bowled by Kashif to square Imlach up and strike his back pad. On the fuller side of a length, angling into the stumps, and straightening sharply past the outside edge as the crease-bound Imlach looks to play the angle and push towards mid-on. Strikes him right in front of the stumps, on the flap of the back pad, but the back leg is bent, so height shouldn't be an issue. Imlach reviews anyway, and ball-tracking returns three reds. Crashing into the top third of middle and leg 206/8

52.6 bowled him! Follows up the wide one outside off with a quick length ball on leg stump. Skids on without turning too much, and Sinclair gets a touch too far across his stumps while looking to sweep, misses, and is bowled around his legs 196/7

60.6 gottim, that's a terrific bit of bowling! Motie has reviewed, but this looked very out... Gets forward to defend, and it just keeps going with the arm, skids on quickly and he's late on his shot, doesn't bring his bat down in time. Smacks the back pad, looks to be in front of the stumps. Given out on-field by Paul Reiffel, which Pakistan will appreciate because it's umpire's call on impact, just in front of off stump, and it's going on to crash into the stumps 233/9

66.1 and that's that. Pakistan will need 254 to win this Test. Tosses this up outside off, and Warrican clears his front leg and looks to take on the fielder at long-on. Doesn't make a clean enough connection, and he hits it straight to Babar 244/10
