0.5 Naseem strikes in the first over. Business as usual for Pakistan. Allen drills it short extra cover, where Nawaz dives forward to snag the catch. Pitched-up delivery outside off, drive ball, but Allen hits it to the infielder 2/1

29.6 Naseem knocks over Conway. Pakistan finally break this stand. On a length, starts on middle and seams away just enough to beat the outside edge and clunk into the top of off stump. Fine delivery to end a fine innings 183/2
34.5 Nawaz bags the big wicket of Williamson. This is a beauty from Nawaz. Nice and full, drifts in towards middle, dips to beat him in length. Then turns away enough to hit the top of off stump. This is some comeback from Pakistan. Williamson falls 15 shy of a hundred 201/5
32.3 Nawaz thinks he has his man, and the finger goes up. On a back of a length, drifts in and turns away. Mitchell belatedly rocks back and has a loose waft at it. Edges it behind to Rizwan 196/3
32.6 back of a length and skids back in to hit Latham on the pads once again. Babar asks for another review. No bat involved. Strikes the back pad flap. The tracker returns three reds, so the on-field call has been overturned. Latham has to go. Pakistan claw their way back into the contest in Karachi 198/4
36.3 taken at fine leg! That landed right into basket, as he took it over his head. Nawaz leading New Zealand's slide, as he turns the screw fast. He bowled short, and got that one angled towards middle and off. Phillips went on the front foot, and swung a pull which had height but lacked in power. Easy take for Fakhar, in what turned out to be a soft dismissal 206/6
40.3 confident appeal for leg before, and given. But Bracewell reviews. It was the googly on a shortish length on middle, as it turned away and ended on off. He was deep in the crease while poking at it, and missed. No bat involved, and replays show an umpire's call on clipping the edge of off stump. Wow, New Zealand have lost track and how! 220/7
49.5 full and straight. Drilled to long-off, and they rush back for a second. But, but... Santner is run-out at the striker's end. The umpire gives it out right away, even as Santner dived back to try and complete an improbable second. The throw from Wasim came right close to the stumps, with Rizwan's gloves waiting. Santner was way short in the end 261/10
46.3 crashes into leg stump at 139kph! Sodhi again backed away, standing wide of leg, as Rauf spotted that and fired in an inswinging yorker on leg stump. The bat was jammed down, but the ball was too quick - after a slower ball last delivery - and the length too good. New Zealand lose their eighth 238/8
47.2 gifted to deep backward square leg! Mir there just waited before pouching it to his right so casually, even if his right leg seemed close to the rope. It was actually well timed by Southee, who swiped at a good length delivery angling slightly into him to end on middle. The ball flew off his bat there, but right into the fielder's hands 240/9

2.4 edged and taken by Latham diving across to his left. On a length and running away outside off, loose drive from Fakhar this time. Sharp diving take from Latham. Fakhar goes for a seven-ball duck 6/1
3.3 Ferguson has bounced out Imam. Caught by Mitchell at square leg. Dug in short at the arm pit, 152.7ks, angling across, Imam dares to hook and skies it to Mitchell. Pakistan have lost both their openers cheaply 9/2
42.3 appeal for stumping, and Aleem Dar takes it upstairs. Babar lost his balance there, as Latham clipped the bails off. This looks very similar to how Sarfaraz was stumped during the Test series. Full ball around fifth stump, and going on straight. Babar missed his reverse sweep, as there is not bat or glove. His back foot was slightly in the air as he lost balance, with Latham whipping the bails off. The third umpire watches multiple replays from multiple angles. From what I get, his boot is just above in the air, and should be out. Yeah, given out, as Babar walks back for 79. Excellent glovework by Latham 182/9
19.6 cleans him up! The resistance ends, as Santner bowls a beauty. A set batter is sent back. He tosses the ball up on a good length, angling it into middle and leg. And the ball drifted in, and turned away nicely to hit off stump, breaching Rizwan's push. He also seemed to have lost balance there, as the ball moved away from him 64/3
26.5 This looks plumb and the finger goes up. GP strikes in his first over. GP keeps bowling fast sliders from round the wicket, pings him in front of off as Sohail does not meet with a sweep. It would have crashed into middle 86/4
32.5 GP (who else?) nails a direct hit. He swoops down on the ball from point and capitalises on a mix-up between Salman and Babar. He throws the stumps down and is super pumped. Fullish and keeps low, Babar stoops low to deal with it and jam it down. Salman searches for a single, but it isn't there, especially with GP in charge at point. Babar sends him back but he's more than halfway down the pitch. GP connects with the stumps at the non-striker's end. Such a joy to watch GP do his thing in the field 124/5
35.5 bowled him! Babar's last recognised partner is gone. A bit lucky, but Bracewell doesn't care. He went for the sweep to this good length ball angling into him, and towards leg stump. But the ball hit his arm off his bat, and dropped down in front of the stumps. It ended up hitting the off stump, leaving Nawaz frustrated 142/6
38.2 now taken by Latham after it was ballooned behind! This time it hit his glove, as he walks off clutching his fingers. Southee went short again, and angled one into him. The ball ended on leg - there was no room to freely swing his bat, like it was last ball - as the ball popped up off his glove for a simple catch behind 158/7
41.3 run-out at the bowler's end! It was always a risky run, and Wasim gave his wicket away. Short and turning away to end wide of off, as he slapped that to Williamson at cover. The New Zealand captain slid to his left and swooped on the ball, throwing at the bowler's end. Wasim was well deep in the crease when he hit the shot, so it was always going to be difficult to make the run 173/8

42.6 jumps out of the crease, and finds long-off! Sodhi gave the ball loop, and went fullish outside off. Rauf couldn't hold himself back, and went heaving almost blindly. The ball went up a long, long way, only to be pouched on the boundary. New Zealand level the series with this 79-run win 182/10
