1.2 nicked and gone! Number two goes down, and Dupavillon is delighted! Back of a length in the fifth stump channel. Decks away slightly and Bedingham goes following it without any real footwork. Gets a healthy nick and Verreynne does the rest. SEC in a spot of bother! 4/2
0.6 tame, tame dismissal! Hard length outside off and this seems to stick in the surface a little. Might have bounced extra too. Crawley was trying to muscle it over mid off but the ball hit near the bat sticker, popping straight to Rossouw at mid off. Sunrisers Eastern Cape lose a wicket very early in the piece! 4/1
5.2 timmmmbbbberrrrr! Length ball, honing in at off stump. Abell thinks he can scoop this over short fine but makes a complete mess of it. Misses a straight ball and then sees it thunder into the top of off stump. Capitals have four in the powerplay! 24/4
1.3 gone first ball! What is happening here at SuperSport Park? Shortish on the hips and that is crying out to be hit. Markram looks for the flick off his hips but cannot keep it down. Arrows it straight down deep backward square leg and Dupavillon cannot believe his luck. The Capitals cannot believe it either, and maybe SEC and their fans, with a different perspective, cannot believe it too! 4/3
6.4 Stubbs bites the dust too, and Bosch roars in delight! Banged into the track on off. Stubbs shapes for the pull but the ball gets awfully big on him. He cannot get on top of it and splices it straight down Muthusamy's throat. That SuperSport Park extra bounce on display again, and the defending champions sink further into trouble! 26/5
11.6 oh, what a grab that is! My word! Floated up full outside off. Kruger plants his front foot and pulverizes it back at the bowler. The ball is travelling at a million miles per hour but Muthusamy, rather nonchalantly, gets his hands in front of his face and takes it. Clean as a whistle and SEC, just when they were building some momentum, lose another! 50/6
16.4 goes straight up, and Jansen's rear-guard action is over! Hard length outside off and like so many previous dismissals, the extra bounce does it for the batter. Jansen was looking to swat it away but because the ball got big on him, he sliced across it. Rossouw called early, ran back and completed the catch in the extra cover region. Big moment in the game! 98/8
15.2 through him completely! Fired in on a length on middle and leg. Seems to be the arm-ball and this skids off the surface. Harmer aims too square on the off side and ends up missing it altogether. Hears the death rattle soon after, and the Capitals keep chipping away! 90/7
18.6 four and out! Dupavillon ends his day with three on the board! Excellent riposte by the quick. Attempted yorker tailing into off stump. Overton might have made contact on the full but all he could manage was a drag onto his stumps. Dupavillon finishes with a three-wicket haul, Overton walks back with a 12-run cameo! 109/9
19.4 straight to short third, and the defending champions have been bundled out for 113! Slower ball on a full length outside off. Baartman swishes at it because, well, why not. Gets a fat outside edge that floats through to Muthusamy, who does the rest! 113/10

7.3 Jacks hits it straight down deep third's throat, and Gleeson has two! Short, wide and there to be hit. Jacks throws the kitchen sink at it and slashes it, picking out Baartman to perfection. Gets a bit of a send-off too, which leads to some chit-chat between the batter and the bowler. Are SEC still in this?! 49/3
2.6 another miscue and Gurbaz's frantic knock comes to an end! Overton badgers that short length and gets this to climb and get big on Gurbaz. Having skipped down, he cannot control his hack and skews it straight up. Jansen settles under it and makes no mistake! 23/1
5.6 Verreynne perishes! Gleeson has his revenge! Back of a length, hung up wide outside off. Verreynne goes chasing after it with minimal footwork and gets a thick outside edge that Stubbs pouches comfortably. Gleeson is pumped and gets into Verreynne's proximity while celebrating too. Verreynne walks back dejected, with a feeling of a missed opportunity! 44/2
8.6 taken on the fence, and Baartman is in on the wicket-taking act! Short on the hips and this is there for the pick-up pull Rossouw likes so much. Does not get the elevation on this, though, which brings Simelane (on as a sub) into play. He tracks it all the way and snares a sharp chance low to his left. Capitals four down heading into the time-out! 61/4
