2.4 Incredible work in the field yet again gets the breakthrough! Dimuth pushes and runs, but Shan Masood comes haring in from short extra cover, picks the ball up with one hand and in one motion throws down the striker's stumps. Madushka was nowhere near making his ground despite putting in a dive 9/1
14.1 Oh my lord Naseem is absolutely bossing it! This is another beautifully seaming delivery, angled across Karunaratne, pitching on the full side of a good length. Karunaratne gets into a big off drive, but the ball has seamed back in slightly, and it takes his inside edge, and tickles the timber. What a period for Pakistan! And what a spell for Naseem, who's got Sri Lanka's two most experienced batters in the space of three deliveries. 36/4
6.1 Shaheen strikes! Mendis has thrown it away. This was full, wide and begging to be dispatched but Mendis only manages to carve it straight to point 23/2
12.5 he's got him!. Excellent bowling from Naseem, who sends another into that corridor outside off, hits the seam, moves it away slightly. With Mathews yet to get his feet moving, provides a thin outside edge to the wicketkeeper, as he prods at it. Excellent sequence of deliveries from Naseem, who saw that Mathews wasn't getting forward, and threw in a bouncer just to push him back a little bit more, before bowling the ball that took the edge. Sri Lanka under huge pressure here again. 35/3
33.5 And the short ball strategy pays off! Another soft, soft dismissal. This was short and Chandimal top edges a simple catch to midwicket 121/5
36.3 And now he's gone! No rescue act this time! And it's yet more excellence in the field by Pakistan. Shakeel was just place at midway point between midwicket and deep midwicket, and Dhananjaya picks him out. Shakeel still had work to do though, but he runs in and holds on as he dives forward 133/7
34.4 And can you believe it?! Sadeera falls at short leg again! This was tossed up and Sadeera goes forward to defend, and only manages to get an inside edge low and straight to Abdullah. This was dying on him, but he grabs it low to his left. 122/6
48.4 oh dear. Sri Lanka. Another poor dismissal. In a sense it's the perfect way to end an abysmal innings. This is the googly, to which Mendis dances down the track. He tries to launch it over cow corner, but the bat twists in his hands, and he hasn't timed it well. There's a fielder in the deep who barely has to move, as he swallows is at waist height 166/10
38.6 another horror dismissal for Sri Lanka! This is abject cricket. Prabath Jayasuriya has been run out, after haring down the track, when Ramesh Mendis had merely pushed the ball to point. There was no run there, particularly to Shan Masood - one of Pakistan's best fielders. He swoops on the ball, takes aim at the non-strikers' stumps, with Jayasuriya trying to sprint back after having got about halfway down the pitch. Masood gets his second direct hit run out of the day. Pakistan have been awesome in the field right through this series 136/8
46.2 leaves it and it takes off stump! That's Abrar's googly. It's tossed up, pitching about six inches wide of off. Asitha thinks it's going to turn away harmlessly. It doesn't. It turns back in and hits the outside of off stump. Good bowling from Abrar, who saw that Asitha was leaving a few outside off, and also possibly knew that Asitha wasn't picking him from the hand. 163/9

113.2 Abdullah's innings comes to an end! He's looking to be the aggressor, comes down the track and looks to loft this over long-off. But he doesn't quite get to the pitch and there's enough turn to induce a slice. It goes high and mid-off settles under it. 468/5
2.3 big appeal and he's been given out, caught at gully. But Imam reviews immediately! This is a back of a length ball that leaps off the surface and hits Imam's thigh pad as he tries to turn it to leg. It balloons up toward gully who dives forward to take it centimetres from the turf. The question is whether he edged that ball into the thigh pad. Snicko says he got a feather edge to it. And Madushka has completed and excellent diving catch safely too. A bit of magic in the field from Sri Lanka, for a change. 13/1
21.5 top-edges the pull shot and Mendis takes a sharp catch at midwicket to breathe life into Sri Lanka!. Checked the shot rather than committing to it, which meant Mendis was in with a shot of getting to it as he chased it backwards. The diving catches sparks celebrations among Sri Lanka, and Shan departs shortly after his half-century 121/2
47.5 Jayasuriya strikes! Having turned several away, this one keeps going with the arm and beats Babar's forward defence on the inside edge. This raps the front pad and looks plumb. Babar has opted to review nevertheless. There's no bat on this and there really is no doubt, three reds and the skipper must go. 210/3
80.3 And now Shakeel has to go! Asitha changes the angle, comes around the wicket and nips this back in from a good length, and strikes the front pad. The finger goes up and Shakeel decides not to waste a review. This looked pretty adjacent. 319/4
85.6 that's full on the stumps, and Sarfraz whips that beautifully through midwicket for four, just leaning on the shot. Ruins what otherwise was a decent over from Madushanka. 344/4

18.1 bowled him first ball! What a an absolute beauty. That was special. The perfect left-arm spinner's delivery, really. This was bowled with a lot of revs, tossed up, drifting towards the batter, pitching on about middle, and turning sharply to beat Madushka's forward defense, and tickle the off stump. Stunner to get first ball. 69/1
26.2 he's out. Caught at short leg! Huuuuge blow. Another wonderful catch in that position for Sri Lanka. Imam ul Haq this time. Karunaratne came down the track and played a forward defensive, but the ball turned more than he expected and it went off the inside edge low, to the right of Imam, who dives and takes that cleanly, Sharp take. Pakistan have been incredible in the field this whole series. 86/2
30.2 oh dear. Kusal Mendis, that's a poor dismissal. Tried to go inside out, didn't get to the pitch, and ends up just spooning it to the cover fielder. He had been using his feet well, but got too far down the legside on this occasion, and ended up having to reach for this ball, that was slowed up and pitching outside off. Gets only the outside half of the bat to it and that's about as easy a catch as Shakeel could hope for. Noman has three! 99/3

32.5 Pakistan are appealing for another close catch and the umpire has given him out! Chandimal reviews but not with a lot of conviction. He went for a paddle sweep to a delivery that pitched on off stump. But it was on to him quicker than he expected, and may have taken glove before hitting his forearm and popping up for a simple catch for Imam at short leg. It's not the most straightforward decision for the third umpire, but there is a spike on snicko as the ball is adjacent to glove. There's certainly not enough evidence to overturn the on-field decision. Chandimal has to go and Sri Lanka are in a nosedive. 109/4
46.2 de Silva has given it away! Holes out to long-on and it's a five-wicket haul for Noman! He came down the track and went for the big shot on the leg side even though long-on was perched there. Doesn't middle it at all and hands a simple catch to Abrar a few yards inside the rope, Noman is thrilled and he does the sajda 131/5
50.1 Noman has six, he has snared Samarawickrama with turn and bounce! Short of length around off, which would have planted the thought of going on the back foot for the batter. He goes back for the cut, but the ball has turned a fair bit and bounced a lot, resulting in a leading edge and the simplest of catches to Shan Masood at point 141/6
64.3 Noman gets his seventh and the 10-for is STILL ON! Mendis runs down the pitch (Why? Who knows?) but Noman has tossed this up wide of the batter, and as he goes through with his futile hoick, the ball dips, spins past his outside edge, and Rizwan completes the stumping. We could be seeing a bit of history here. Either way, this is Noman's best figures in an innings. 177/7
65.5 Naseem finally gets a wicket. Noman Ali won't get his 10, but that's ok. Naseem deserved this for an outstanding spell. This was rapid, swinging in from way outside off as Naseem went wide of the crease. And it hit the top of off. Jayasuriya was like a deer caught in the headlights and didn't even offer a shot, really. Probably didn't expect it to swing quite that much. 184/8
67.1 Naseem has one more! He cleans up Asitha's off stump as well. A length ball roaring towards top of off, Asitha's feet are cemented to the crease and the ball crashes into the stumps with its pace 188/9
67.4 finishes it off with a searing yorker! Dipping yorker, right in the block hole, and it hits the base of off stump because Madushanka has no clue about that 188/10
