3.5 got 'im! Mujeeb breaks through. Good low catch by Powell at slip. Fencing awkwardly at what looked like a carrom ball, genuine nick through to slip where Rovman snaffled the chance, six inches above the ground 20/2
1.5 struck in front reverse-sweeping and given! Umpire Reifer likes it, and it looked out on first view to me. Got down low to reverse against an orthodox offbreak, no bat on it, and struck dead in front. Tridents lose their first 12/1
18.2 finally perishes to the cover sweeper! Edwards gets him with the offcutter. Lands on a good length on fifth stump, Mayers reads this and tries to clear the boundary rider like he did so many times off Brathwaite in the previous over but doesn't middle this and instead it's taken 5 yards in from the rope at thigh height. 140/7
10.5 short and wide, tries to flat bat this over long-on but doesn't get the distance. Walton shuffles to his left 5 yards in from the rope and takes this nonchalantly at chest height. 83/3
11.4 and Lamichhane wins the battle with in one blow! Legbreak flighted generously landing on a fullish length on fifth stump, Rashid goes to slog over long-on but top edge results swinging against the turn and the ball swirls to short third man for an easy catch on the ring. Muted celebration from Lamichhane. 84/4
12.5 Anderson can't survive this carom ball! He's been deadly to left-handers all tournament with this ball from around the stumps. Unlike the previous ball, this one landed fuller on a good length on fifth stump, Anderson went to pull it but it skidded as per normal and a bottom edge results as Anderson drags on. 87/5
13.3 googly to the right-hander this time rattles the stumps! It's been his stock ball to left-handers, but Lamichhane usually stays orthodox to the right-handers with the legbreak, which accounted for Rashid. Nurse was expecting the legbreak but instead it's the googly landing on a fullish length on fourth stump. Nurse goes for a slog sweep and misses as the ball spins back into middle stump. 90/6

0.5 and the pressure pays! Phillips raises the back leg looking to swat over long-off, Santner hits a length, there's just a hint of turn as he beats the booming drive, and it crashes into the top of off! 0/1
1.5 gottim, Walton's nightmare tournament continues! He'd looked good in this over, but nicks off to the keeper. This is vintage Test match Holder, a bit of a shape as he hit an immaculate length. This would have hit the top of off stump, and Walton got a genuine edge groping at it with his hands away from his body. Hope cleans up behind the stumps and Tridents have two in as many overs! 11/2
12.5 the grenade lobbing finally suckers Blackwood into giving away his wicket! Floated at 74 kph on a fullish length on sixth stump, Blackwood can't contain himself any longer and goes for an almighty heave as the ball pitches and then spins even further away. Skies this slog off the toe of the bat and Holder jogs in from the rope to take this catch almost on the edge of the 30-yard ring. Every clubbie is now saying they can be a spinner in the CPL too. 66/5
4.4 captain gets captain! Tridents are on fire in the Powerplay. Back of a length, pretty harmless looking short ball but Powell swats it away from his grille and feathers an edge through to Hope. Maybe a hint of extra bounce but Rovman will be disappointed with a fairly tame shot 22/3
6.6 tossed up outside off, flies miles up in the air and long-off takes the catch running in! Walsh Jr. roars in celebration and Asif departs after a scratchy stay. Finally, a first wicket of CPL 2020 for last year's breakout star 27/4
16.3 full on middle, goes to slog sweep this over midwicket and skies a top edge swirling to short fine leg. Anderson shuffles to his right on the ring and takes this swirling chance with alligator jaws tumbling back. He was handcuffed trying to decide fingers up or down, did half and half. 84/7
13.3 googly lands on a fullish length on off stump, Brathwaite doesn't read it and goes back to pull, it skids low and pings him deep in the crease in front of middle and leg. Lbw shout upheld. Looked like it would take out the top of leg stump. 68/6
18.1 what a catch! In a game that is essentially long over too. Full and wide from Reifer, Permaul carves this behind point but uppishly. Young is sweeping on the offside and charges 15 yards to his left before lunging full extension to take the catch inches from the turf. 10 out of 10 from the Brazilian, Swiss and French judges. 105/8
18.6 full and straight, tries to reverse this once more but misses badly. Hit dead in front and given out. Reifer with a gratuitous celebration in the context of the current scoreline, motioning to put Mujeeb "in his pocket" before waving him off the field. 107/9
