Scorer: K Vairavan | Commentator: Rvel Zahid

Islamabad United didn't succumb to pressure in a crucial match and the win was set up by that partnership between Salman Ali Agha and Shadab Khan; they kept them ahead in the game. Haider Ali seized the opportunity and entertained us royally with his flair, ending the match with some eye-catching strokes. Mir Hamza took 3/41 and bowled some pearlers, Muzarabani was exceptional returning 1/24 and Zahid got 1/30. 150 didn't prove enough as nobody from Karachi could play an innings that could provide impetus towards the end. An early collapse meant they had to take a precautionary approach. There were a few tight moments but with no real scoreboard pressure, Islamabad smartly picked ones and twos in the middle overs and accelerated towards the end. They were never really in any major trouble in the chase. That is all from this game. For now, it's goodbye and goodnight from Rvel Zahid. Ciao!

Hasan Ali to Haider Ali, 1 run, Shorter and outside off, cracks the pull to deep square and guides his team to the doorstep of victory, enjoyed Haider's ebullience, an enterprising stay, Haider showed his range and remarkable hitting ability. Islamabad get over the line comfortably in the end with five wickets in the tank. It was a must-win game for them and they made sure to up the ante, Karachi are not out yet.

Hasan Ali to Haider Ali, SIX, That is the biggest six of the lot, biggest of the night. Shorter in length just outside off, has mighty swing at it and sends it soaring high into the air, up and up, and eventually coming down in the stands over long-off. What a hit!

Nabeel: "@Rvel I am not flattering but I love your commentary on the match and the way you share the feedbacks of the viewers so thank you for making the matches special for us." Thank you, Nabeel! Your words brought a smile to my face

Hasan Ali to Haider Ali, FOUR, Goes short but strays in line, on leg, he gets on top of the bounce and carts it away past deep fine for a four. That was asking for trouble, can't afford to err at this stage of the match, it's almost over
