Todd McShay released his 1st version of the Mock Draft in December and he's got Mariota going first to the Bucs, ahead of fellow Heisman-winning WB Jameis WInston. Mariota would join George Shaw as the only Oregon quarterbacks to be chosen number 1 overall. Shaw was taken by the Colts with the first pick in the 1955 draft.
