'The Beast' breaks the world deadlift record -- with an assist from Arnold Schwarzenegger

We'll never get tired of watching people lift enormous amounts of weight. It's satisfying on a primal level -- the kind of thing that would come in handy in the caveman times, or if you need help moving one weekend. Right now, weightlifter Eddie Hall -- appropriately nicknamed "The Beast" -- is the guy on top of this particular mountain, as he broke the world deadlift record over the weekend by hoisting 1,018.5 pounds:

That's Arnold Schwarzenegger off to Hall's side, cheering him on. Arnold is no stranger to lifting things, but, to put Hall's record in perspective, he beat Arnold's personal record by more than 300 pounds.
