Atletico Madrid forward Angel Correa could join Rosario Central on loan for the rest of the season -- but the Argentine club are unsure that a deal can be done, AS has reported.
Correa, currently playing in the South American Youth Football Championship in Uruguay, met Rosario officials to discuss the possibility of a switch.
AS quoted Rodolfo Di Polina, Rosario's secretary general, as saying: "It's true -- an assignment was carried out in this regard. But we must be cautious, because it is a complex possibility where the last word belongs to Atletico Madrid."
Atletico must now decide whether to let the 19-year-old Argentine go out on loan, with his former club San Lorenzo and River Plate also reported to have asked about him.
