Montreal Impact attacker Matteo Mancosu broke a bone in his hand while working out this week but should still be able to play this weekend.

The team announced the injury in a tweet in French on Wednesday night.

Assistant coach Jason Di Tullio said Mancosu will wear a cast against the New England Revolution on Saturday, according to the Montreal Gazette.

The 32-year-old Italian has scored four goals in 21 games this season. He missed five weeks earlier this season with a thigh injury.
