Best players, reclamation projects still available in free agency

That escalated quickly! A year ago, free agency stalled as the market waited to see what LeBron James would do, and the floodgates didn't open until after he decided to return to Northeast Ohio. This year, there would be no waiting for LeBron (or any other marquee free agent), as the activity exploded in the first 48 hours; as a matter of fact, no fewer than 30 agreements had been announced before the calendar flipped to July 2!

As of Wednesday, 28 out of the 30 names on my Free Agent Big Board 2.0 have agreed to terms on new deals, with James remaining as the sole free agent (Jared Dudley declined to exercise his early termination option and as such was not a free agent). In essence, this means that most of the more desirable candidates are off the market and we're looking at the guys with warts -- talents with caveats.
