"After many discussions with my coaches and family, I have decided to enter the 2017 NBA Draft with representation," Williams-Goss wrote. "I am 100% confident in this decision and believe I am prepared both mentally and physically to take this step in my career and my life."
Williams-Goss spent one season playing for Gonzaga after transferring from Washington following his sophomore campaign. He put forth an All-America-caliber season, averaging 16.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.7 assists and helping lead the Bulldogs to the national championship game, where they fell to North Carolina.
The 6-foot-3 point guard is projected by ESPN's Chad Ford in the second-round pick/undrafted range, ranking No. 218 in June's NBA draft.
Williams-Goss is Gonzaga's second player to enter the draft since the season ended, joining potential lottery pick Zach Collins. Seniors Jordan Mathews and Przemek Karnowski are also out of eligibility, meaning coach Mark Few will return just two of his top six from this year's national title runner-up.
