Browns, center JC Tretter agree to three-year extension

The Cleveland Browns and center JC Tretter have agreed to a three-year extension, a source confirmed to ESPN.

The NFL Network first reported a deal worth $32.5 million, with $23 million in guaranteed money.

Tretter, 28, was set to become a free agent this offseason.

He's started all 40 games at center the past 2½ seasons since joining the Browns; he began his NFL career with the Green Bay Packers, who drafted him in the fourth round in 2013.
