Center Dustin Woodard, a 2020 seventh-round pick from Memphis who retired last year before training camp, has been reinstated to the Patriots roster. Performance-based pay is a collectively bargained benefit that compensates all players, including rookies, based upon their playing time and salary levels. It does not affect the salary cap. CB J.C. Jackson ($501,632), WR Jakobi Meyers ($388,794), OLB Chase Winovich ($366,927) and TE Ryan Izzo ($363,560) round out the team's top five earners.
