Warren Gatland has handed home debuts to Steff Evans, Josh Navidi and Owen Williams as Wales face Australia Saturday.

The trio have just six caps between them but will be key players at the Principality Stadium as the hosts attempt to beat the Wallabies for the first time in 13 attempts.

Wales' woeful run against their visitors stretches back to 2008 and Gatland's first November series in charge.

Leon Brown, Sam Cross and Owen Watkin could all make their Test debuts off the bench, but there is no place in the 23-man squad for Justin Tipuric or Rhys Webb, who were both injury doubts.

Gloucester playmaker Williams has been handed the No. 12 shirt, while Evans lines up on the left wing and Navidi deputises for the injured Sam Warburton in the back row.

Alun Wyn Jones will lead the side and is one of seven British & Irish Lions selected for the clash, alongside Ken Owens, Taulupe Faletau, Dan Biggar, Jonathan Davies, Liam Williams and Leigh Halfpenny.

Wales squad to play Australia:

Halfpenny, L. Williams, J. Davies, O. Williams, S. Evans, Biggar, G. Davies; R. Evans, Owems, Francis, Ball, Jones (captain), Shingler, Navidi, Faletau.

Replacements: Dacey, Smith, Brown, Hill, Cross, A. Davies, Watkin, Amos.
