Alexa Philippou joins "NBA Today" to update the latest on the negotiations between the WNBA and WNBPA.
WNBPA executive director Terri Carmichael Jackson said that while progress is being made in CBA negotiations, a delay to the 2026 season could not be ruled out.
WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert said progress is being made toward a new collective bargaining agreement despite a sixth day of marathon talks with no deal.
The WNBA and union exchanged about 15 proposals between Tuesday and the early hours of Saturday morning.

WNBPA chief Terri Carmichael Jackson expressed optimism on Day 4 of CBA negotiations with the league, saying that continued conversations have helped "chip away at what the concerns are for both sides."
