RNG take down TSM after troubled start

A remake taking away Royal Never Give Up's Aurelion Sol didn't stop the Chinese squad from rolling over the North American favorites Team SoloMid in 37 minutes. Team SoloMid came in favored from the analyst desk, but looked shaky save for a few smooth Lee Sin plays from jungler Dennis "Svenskeren" Johnsen.

RNG played in atypical fashion, trading in aggression for calculated movements and decisions. This led to a brief TSM lead at 15 minutes, which suddenly snowballed out of control when the North American bot lane of Yiliang "Doublelift" Peng and Vincent "Biofrost" Wang was caught out twice in two minutes. RNG continued to gain momentum, cutting the gold lead to just 1k after finally pulling the trigger and taking a team fight 4-1 just prior to 20 minutes. From there, RNG picked off individual players before taking a big team fight in the mid lane to all but guarantee its victory.

Cho "Mata" Se-hyoung, RNG's support, was absolutely brutal with Alistar, and continually set up his team as the game spiraled out of control for TSM. He ended the night 1/2/15 in Kills/Deaths/Assists when RNG took the base.
