In the final match of Day 4 at the League of Legends World Championship, North America's Cloud9 exerted solid control over China's I May, dropping the Nexus at 38:22.
A steady paced game, Cloud9 started to move ahead off of William "Meteos" Hartman's demoralizing counter-jungling against I May's Fan "Avoidless" Jun We. Jung "Impact" Eon-yeong's ability to take on a 2v1, and take both aggressors with him, only helped to strengthen the resolve of C9.
A second double kill for Impact led to a 6-2 kill lead and 3k gold lead at 20-minutes. While I May couldn't find a way in, C9 usually walked away with very low health bars following skirmishes. However, odd choices from I May, such as top laner Shek "Amazing J" Wai Ho teleporting into four members of the enemy team, helped carry C9 to victory. Cloud9 is now tied with SK Telecom T1 at 2-1 in Group B.
