With another month nearly in the books, it's time for another game of fun with numbers, this time focusing on recent trends and splits for the month of March.

4.1: 3-point field goal attempts for Utah guard Gordon Hayward in 15 games since the All-Star break. Averaging 17.2 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 0.8 steals, 1.0 blocks and 2.2 3-pointers in his past five games, Hayward is having a big second half for the Jazz for the third straight season. Fantasy owners love Hayward's ability to produce in multiple categories while also shooting extremely well from the free throw line (83 percent). He should remain a valuable fantasy option for the remainder of the season, as he's currently locked in at 32-plus minutes per game.
2.0: Steals per game for Magic forward Moe Harkless in 18 games since the All-Star break. Averaging 12.4 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.6 steals, 1.0 blocks and 1.2 3-pointers in 12 games this month, it is almost unfathomable that he is owned in just 31.1 percent of ESPN.com fantasy leagues. As if Harkless wasn't playing well enough, Arron Afflalo's injury should open the door for even more opportunities down the stretch.
6.3: Free throw attempts per game in the month of March for Charlotte guard Gerald Henderson. Henderson has been ultra-aggressive in looking for his shot and getting to the basket as he's taken on a scoring role in the Bobcats' offense, and it's paying dividends -- he's averaged 18.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.8 blocks in his past 12 games. Henderson should remain a highly valuable fantasy player for his scoring, steals, blocks and free throw percentage the rest of the way.
24.8: Minutes per game in March for Raptors rookie Jonas Valanciunas. The Raptors are about to enter into full youth-movement mode, and any fantasy owner in need of big-man stats should give Valanciunas a long look. Averaging 13.4 points, 7.2 rebounds and 0.6 blocks while shooting 77.1 percent from the floor in his past five games, Valanciunas figures to see plenty of run the rest of the way. He should be valuable for points, rebounds, blocks and field goal percentage.
1.3: Blocks per game for Grizzlies forward Ed Davis in 28 games as a starter this season. In addition to his block stats, Davis has averaged 12.4 points and 7.7 rebounds, and he figures to be the primary on-court beneficiary of Marc Gasol's abdominal tear. There's still no official word on the timetable for Gasol's return, but fantasy owners should make alternative plans given the nature of the injury.
15.0: Rebounds per game for Brooklyn power forward Reggie Evans in 11 games this month, ranking second in the league behind Dwight Howard's 15.2. Evans is really just a one-category wonder, but anyone in need of rebounds obviously should give him a look as the season winds down.
6.1: Assists per game for Chicago guard Nate Robinson in March. Robinson can be a dynamic fantasy player when he's earning ample playing time, thanks to his ability to contribute in multiple categories. Averaging 18.6 points, 7.6 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.8 3-pointers in his past five contests, Nate needs to be owned at least until we get more concrete information about Derrick Rose's status for the remainder of the season.
1.8: Blocks per game for Warriors center Andrew Bogut in 11 games during the month of March. Bogut may not be able to keep himself on the court the rest of the way, but he'll have value if he's able to remain healthy. Averaging 7.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 28.4 minutes in his past five games, Bogut owners should keep their fingers crossed in hopes that the big man can remain intact down the stretch.
10.3: Field goal attempts per game for Trail Blazers forward Nicolas Batum in 16 contests since the All-Star break. Batum, who averaged 12.0 shots per game before the break, has struggled since injuring his right (shooting) wrist in late January.
He's still returning great value due to his versatility with 11.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.3 steals, 1.3 blocks and 2.2 3-pointers in March games, but fantasy owners were hoping for more after his torrid start. However, owners should remember his pre-injury numbers when preparing for drafts next season, as Batum was a top-15 fantasy player for much of the 2012-13 season.
38.5: Minutes per game for Dwight Howard in the month of March. Howard, who is averaging 17.6 points, 15.2 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 2.6 blocks per game this month, has been a force in the paint in recent action, but has benefited from injuries to Pau Gasol and Kobe Bryant. You'll notice that Howard hasn't moved up too much in the Top 130, mostly because a healthy Gasol and Bryant will cut into his minutes and production.
3.7: The combined number of 3-pointers and steals that Spurs sharpshooter Danny Green has averaged in 15 games since the All-Star break. Green has struggled a bit in recent action, but he's still posting 12.4 points, 1.2 steals and 2.5 3-pointers per game since the break. I realize that Tony Parker has returned to the lineup -- and Green is only averaging 10.0 points, 0.8 steals and 1.6 3-pointers in his past five games -- but I'm not sure why Green is owned in only 51.6 percent of ESPN.com leagues. Surely there are owners who could use his steals and 3-point shooting despite his mini-slump.
