We're in the ESPN FC Premier Fantasy home straight, but things are anything but straightforward.
There are no fewer than three double Gameweeks still to take place, starting this weekend.
Crystal Palace and Everton have two fixtures in GW33, with another ten teams doubling up next week as well.
Here's a few suggestions to help tackle this Gameweek's extended fixture list.
TEAM EFFORTS
Neither of the sides with a double Gameweek are, to put it kindly, in the greatest of form. Palace have now gone 14 league matches without a win, while Everton haven't won at home since a GW24 3-0 victory over Newcastle.
The Toffees, however, are a different beast on the road, taking seven points from a possible 12 over their last four trips, and they are away for both GW33 fixtures -- at Watford and then Palace.
Ross Barkley (£7.6m) is still in the top four among midfielders this season, but he's done nothing of note in six matches. Aaron Lennon (£6.8m), by contrast, has four goals and an assist from his last seven starts.
With Watford on a four-match losing streak and Palace getting dragged into the relegation fight, Joel Robles (£4.7m) could be worth a look as a cut-price keeper, although Everton haven't kept a clean sheet since early February.
Palace have two home matches, hosting Norwich before the Everton clash. That first fixture is a huge one -- if Norwich prevail, they'll be level on points with the Eagles.
The Canaries have two wins and a draw from their last three, but remain vulnerable defensively away from home -- only the three teams below them have conceded more than the 32 goals they've shipped on their travels.
Even so, Palace players represent slim pickings.
Scott Dann (£5.7m) remains the best bet in defence, if only for the five goals he's scored this season, while Yannick Bolasie (£6.2m) is a decent midfield option. He's fired in six shots inside the box over the last four matches -- only three midfielders have managed more.
Of the single Gameweek options, Man City hosting West Brom looks tempting.
The Sky Blues have been revitalised by the return of Kevin De Bruyne (£8.8m), who has scored in the league and in Europe this week, and David Silva (£7.8m), with three assists in four matches, is in solid form. City also have a double GW34.
Bournemouth are worth a look as they face Aston Villa. The Cherries are as good as safe, which might explain two poor performances, against Spurs and Man City, in which they failed to score while conceding seven.
Villa would seem to be the perfect match-up to get things back on track, so defender Charlie Daniels (£6.2m) and midfielders Josh King (£5.9m), two goals in his last four appearances, and Max Gradel (£5.9m), who notched a goal and an assist versus Swansea in GW30, are all well-priced assets.
MUST-HAVE MEN
All three of the following big-hitters have a double GW34, with Romelu Lukaku (£9.5m) potentially appearing in four fixtures over the fortnight.
The Everton striker has gone goalless for two matches, but only Harry Kane has more than Lukaku's nine away goals this campaign -- and the Spurs man has played in two more matches.
Lukaku makes a compelling case for the captaincy duties this week.
Sergio Aguero (£10.2m) scored last time out and has three goals in four starts. West Brom are resilient on the road, with a fifth-best 16 goals conceded, but City are phenomenal at home, with 39 goals scored -- nine clear of Spurs in second.
Philippe Coutinho (£8.0m) has two goals from his last two starts and will fancy his chances at home to a Stoke side that hasn't kept an away clean sheet since the middle of December.
Liverpool also have a great run of fixtures to come, including Bournemouth, Everton, Newcastle, Swansea and Watford, and two double Gameweeks.
A PUNT OR TWO
We have to recommend double-match players this week, so Palace strikers Connor Wickham (£6.5m) or Dwight Gayle (£5.0m) are worth considering.
Wickham was in blistering form before a thigh injury ruled him out from GW29 onwards, hitting four goals in just two matches.
If fit, he could well start, although Gayle earned praise from manager Alan Pardew after coming off the bench to score his first goal of the season in the 2-2 draw with West Ham last week.
As mentioned earlier, Everton's defence is less than watertight at present, but Phil Jagielka (£6.4m) caught the eye in the 1-0 loss at Man United last week -- as an attacking force.
The centre-half topped his side's goal attempt chart at Old Trafford with two shots, both inside the box.
He also led the way with nine challenges, blocks and interceptions and looks a fair bet for points returns at both ends of the pitch over the Toffees' two matches.
