Tottenham defender Kevin Wimmer has joined Stoke in a deal worth £18 million.
Stoke will pay £15m up front for the Austria international, who has signed a five-year deal at the the bet365 stadium, with a further £3m due in add-ons.
Wimmer said his goodbyes to the Spurs players and staff after Sunday's 1-1 draw against Burnley at Wembley, before undergoing a medical at Stoke on Monday.
West Brom had a similar bid accepted for Wimmer last week but he rejected the chance to join the Baggies, who wanted to use him at left-back.
The 24-year-old joined Spurs for £4.3m in summer 2015 from Cologne and impressed in his debut season at the club, before signing a new and improved contract in May 2016.
But he started just four league games last term and the signing of Davinson Sanchez, who made his debut against Burnley, pushed him further down the pecking order.
Sources have told ESPN FC that Spurs are close to signing defender centre-back Juan Foyth from Estudiantes, while their move for Paris Saint-Germain right-back Serge Aurier depends on the Ivory Coast international's visa application, which should be determined on Tuesday.

Stoke boss Mark Hughes told his club's official website: "We are really pleased with what we have done this summer, especially in the defensive positions.
"Bringing Kevin here is a real coup in my view, because he is a hugely talented young player who will undoubtedly add further quality to the group.
"We have already brought Kurt [Zouma] into the club this summer and managed to get Bruno [Martins Indi] back on a permanent deal as well, which was important to us, and we have Ryan [Shawcross] here too.
"Obviously this deal was with a view to the future because we know that Kurt is a Chelsea player, but Kevin is our player now and we knew that this deal wouldn't have been available to us this time next year."
Wimmer added: "I am just so happy to be at Stoke now because I really wanted to come here, to a club with such big tradition, so I feel really good and am very excited about meeting up with everybody and getting ready for the matches ahead.
"At every top Premier League football club there are groups of players in every position chasing those starting spots, and that is the case here, I know I will have to work hard and keep on improving to be successful.
