France goalkeeper Steve Mandanda has told France Football he could follow in international teammate Hugo Lloris' footsteps and move across the Channel to the Premier League.
Marseille goalkeeper Mandanda, 30, is out of contract with the Ligue 1 club in 2016, and is considering his future.
After seven years at the Stade Velodrome, Mandanda, who is also OM captain, has not set his heart on quitting the club, but he admitted he would be tempted by a move to England where Lloris has excelled with Tottenham Hotspur.
"My ambition is to play at a big European club," said Mandanda, who was in goal for France's recent friendlies with Brazil and Denmark due to Lloris' injury-enforced absence. "I also have the desire to experience something else abroad. But if I have to leave for different reasons, I won't go just anywhere, nor at any price.
"Like a lot of players, it's a destination that attracts me -- the Premier League is one of the best leagues in the world. It's also the one that's most in the media spotlight, but I am not fixed on one choice in particular.
"[Euro 2016] remains one of my principal objectives. I am faced with a big decision, but there are some clubs you can't turn down. I say it again: I won't move just for moving's sake."
