Captain Russell Martin hopes the gesture will convince the 899 fans who made the 612-mile round trip to South Wales to stick with the team as they bid to stave off relegation.
Norwich -- currently six points clear of 18th-placed Cardiff City in the relegation zone -- face fellow strugglers West Brom on Saturday before travelling to face bottom side Fulham on April 12.
"All the lads really felt for the fans at the end of Saturday's game," Martin told the BBC. "Hopefully this will help them with the cost of travelling to our next away game at Fulham."
With just one win from their last five matches, Norwich are in danger of being dragged into a relegation dogfight should they not take points in the run-up to the Easter fixtures.
"These next few games are obviously vital and the support and the atmosphere at our recent win over Sunderland at Carrow Road made a massive difference," Martin added.
"So hopefully they'll get right behind us again this Saturday when we play West Brom, at Fulham and in all of our remaining games, to help us finish as high up the table as possible."
The gesture by the Canaries is not the first time a club has felt obliged to make a conciliatory gesture to the fans after a defeat this season.
League One side Swindon Town's players and coaching staff personally refunded the 305 supporters who witnessed their 4-0 FA Cup elimination by non-league Macclesfield in November.
Torquay United boss Chris Hargreaves offered to buy a pint for the 91 fans who made the 800-mile round trip to Hartlepool, only to see the side beaten 1-0 and left rooted to the bottom of League Two in March.
