Hamburg forward Ivica Olic may have played his last game as a professional footballer after being ruled out for up to a month with a torn thigh muscle.
The 36-year-old is expected to be out for between three and four weeks after suffering an injury in training on Tuesday, the club announced on their official Twitter account.

The injury comes after the announcement that Olic will retire at the end of the season to take up a role as youth team coach with Hamburg,
His substitute appearance against Augsburg on Dec. 19 could therefore prove to be Olic's last. He has not featured in the Bundesliga yet this year.
The Croatian has played 237 times in the Bundesliga and won the title with Bayern Munich in 2010 -- the same year he was voted Croatia's player of the year.
He last played for his country in October, but was not thought to be in contention for a place in their Euro 2016 squad.
