Wellington's as-yet unnamed new coach has been active in the recruitment process as next season's A-League roster begins to take shape.
Two re-signings were announced on Thursday by the Phoenix, with central defender Ryan Lowry and striker Hamish Watson both extending their contracts for two years.
The 18-year-old central midfielder Sarpreet Singh, in action for New Zealand at the under-20 World Cup in South Korea, has secured a three-year contract.
