Ivory Coast leave Wilfried Zaha out of African Cup of Nations squad

Ivory Coast's Galatasaray winger Wilfried Zaha has not been called up by coach Jean-Louis Gasset in the country's 27-man African Cup of Nations squad which was named on Thursday.

Hajduk Split's Ismael Diallo got a first call-up, while Union Saint Gilloise's Lazare Imani makes his second squad.

Forwards Sebastien Haller of Borussia Dortmund and RB Salzburg's Karim Konate also feature for the hosts, who face Guinea-Bissau in the tournament's Jan. 13 opener.
