Iowa State set for another run

Iowa State Cyclones

2013-14: 28-8 (11-7)
In-conference offense: 1.07 points per possession (sixth)
In-conference defense: 1.06 points allowed per possession (sixth)

The 2013-14 campaign was the most successful in coach Fred Hoiberg's four seasons at Iowa State, and it culminated in a Big 12 tournament championship and a trip to the Sweet 16. What's more, not only was it successful, but it was also easy on the eyes. The Cyclones' average possession on offense was 15.2 seconds, eighth fastest in the land, and their adjusted offensive efficiency was sixth in the country. They scored often and didn't waste time doing it.
