The finalists for the 2024 USA men's basketball U17 national team were announced Monday, and familiar surnames are a prominent element of the roster.

Two-time NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer's twin sons -- Cayden and Cameron -- are finalists. Tajh Ariza, the son of NBA champion Trevor Ariza, and Alijah Arenas, son of three-time NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas, are also on the roster.

Bryce James, LeBron James' youngest son, and Kiyan Anthony, Carmelo Anthony's son, were on the training camp roster, but did not make the final 19-man roster.

The finalists will compete for 12 spots on the roster for the 2024 FIBA U17 Men's World Cup starting June 29. The athletes are from the high school graduating classes of 2025 and 2026.

Cameron Boozer is the No. 2 ranked player for the class of 2025, according to ESPN, while Cayden Boozer slots in at No. 14. Alijah Arenas (No. 4) and Tajh Ariza (No. 6) are both among the top 10 of ESPN's 2026 recruiting class.

Though he didn't make the final roster, Kiyan Anthony (No. 45) is still a top prospect in ESPN's 2025 recruiting class.

Bryce James is not in the top 100 for the 2025 class, but he is a three-star recruit and has received offers from the Ohio State Buckeyes and Duquesne Dukes.
