1. Free safety: The Jaguars have plenty of needs. One of their highest priorities should be finding a new free safety. Safeties are one of the hardest positions to judge analytically, but it was easy to see Josh Evans was a massive liability in 2014. Our charting project had him with 20 missed tackles and few plays in coverage, even for a free safety.
