Making the case for Minnifield: Two of his interceptions came in the upset of Miami, and his statistics probably would have been even better had he not been slowed in the final four games of the season by an ankle injury. He's got great football instincts and is a good open-field tackler. He's also versatile enough to be an effective returner on special teams. He'll be a team leader as a senior.
