Apparently Georgia Tech needed to be on the Upset Watch last week. Virginia, Maryland and Clemson couldn’t knock off their ranked opponents, but Miami shocked the Yellow Jackets (and a lot of college football fans) with a win in Atlanta. Overall, the ACC followed the script last weekend. Can it do the same again? Here are the teams that need to be worried:

1. No. 17 Clemson at Boston College: There are still big possibilities for Clemson, but the Tigers can’t “pull a Clemson” and lose in Chestnut Hill. This is exactly the kind of letdown Clemson is notorious for, but the Tigers are the better team and should not lose. They’ll get the Eagles’ best shot, and you can expect BC to play until the fourth quarter. Boston College had the bye week to prepare. Will Clemson let FSU beat it twice?

2. Duke at Wake Forest: The Blue Devils have lost 12 straight to Wake Forest. Twelve straight. The tables have to turn eventually, right? At 3-1, Duke is off to its best start since 2008, but the Blue Devils haven’t faced a conference opponent yet. The series with Wake Forest has been one of the most heartbreaking for Duke because the games have been so close in recent years. The Blue Devils haven't reached the postseason since 1994, and this is only the second time since then that they have won three of their first four.

3. Virginia Tech vs. Cincinnati at FedEx Field. It was only a few weeks ago that this game seemed like a fairly automatic W for the Hokies, but that perception has changed since Virginia Tech’s loss to Pitt two weeks ago. The Hokies have already dropped out of the Top 25, so this isn’t technically an upset, but it’s a game the program and the ACC needs to win. Cincy is 2-0, and that includes a 34-10 win over Pittsburgh. Can the Hokies’ regroup against the Big East?

4. Louisiana Tech at Virginia. This one is a late add by Andrea Adelson. Louisiana Tech is averaging 54.7 points a game -- No. 3 in the nation. It's No. 11 in total offense. This should be a tough game for Virginia's struggling defense, particularly its secondary. La Tech has scored 50-plus in all three games, including a 52-24 win against Illinois last week. The Illini turned it over six times. UVa turned it over four last week.
