For most of you, snow and 15 degrees sounds miserable. It might look cool on TV, but you are quite OK with merely watching it from the warmth of your own home.
Well, you know what? The Big Ten laughs at you.
Because in the Big Ten -- the latest example being Saturday's frigid Ohio State-Minnesota game in Minneapolis -- the coldest football game ever at TCF Bank Stadium means UM sideline phone technician Dan Lehman breaks out a Dairy Queen Dilly Bar during the game.
In the Big Ten, it means an Ohio State coach is on the sideline wearing a short-sleeved shirt during the Buckeyes' coldest game since 1960.
In the Big Ten, it means the big men in the trenches aren't bothering with those pesky sleeves, either.
The Big Ten has taken a lot of heat for its underwhelming overall performance in recent years, but don't tell these guys they need any real heat. Snow and 15 degrees is just how these guys like it, thank you very much.
