ESPN 300 defensive back Chevin Calloway committed to Arkansas over Texas and Ole Miss. Calloway, the No. 120 prospect overall, was once committed to Iowa, but now lands with Arkansas.

The commitment gives the Razorbacks three ESPN 300 commitments in the 2017 class to go along with two ESPN JC 50 commitments.

Arkansas is losing two cornerbacks in Jared Collins and DJ Dean to graduation, so Calloway will provide competition in the defensive backfield along with fellow pledges Korey Hernandez, Montaric Brown, Jarques McClellion and Jordan Curtis.

The commitment gives Arkansas 22 pledges in the 2017 class, eight of whom are ranked as four-star prospects.
