Our first wide receiver makes the list and it should surprise no one that he plays football in the state of Arkansas:

No. 16: Joe Adams, WR, Arkansas

2010 numbers: Adams started four games while appearing in 12 last season. He ended up leading the Razorbacks with a career-high 813 receiving yards and tied for the team lead with six receiving touchdowns. He ranked second on the team with a career-high 50 receptions.

Making the case for Adams: Adams is not only one of the more physical receivers in the league, he's very slippery and agile in the open field. When Adams gets the ball in space, he's at his most dangerous. The 5-foot-11, 190-pound athlete isn't scared of going over the middle of the field to mix it up with defenders and make plays. During his three years with the Hogs, we've seen his receiving numbers increase each season. He caught 21 more passes and racked up 245 more receiving yards in his junior year compared to his sophomore season. Considering how pass-heavy Arkansas is expected to be this fall, Adams should once again get his fair share of catches and opportunities to make plays.
