Fnatic League of Legends head coach Dylan Falco said Friday that the team has granted him permission to speak with other teams ahead of becoming a free agent next week.
The two-time European League Championship Series champion has made two appearances at the League of Legends World Championship as a coach. His teams also put together five top-three finishes in the EU LCS. Falco joined Fnatic in May 2017 after coaching Immortals and EnVyUs in the North American LCS.
He led Fnatic to a second-place finish at the world championship this year and a top-four spot at the Mid-Season Invitational. Fnatic was swept by Invictus Gaming 3-0 in the finals of this year's world championship.
Fnatic top laner Paul "sOAZ" Boyer announced last week that he will also be parting ways with the organization and has been permitted to speak with other teams.
The EU LCS is undergoing significant changes with the implementation of franchises. Five new teams are slated to join as long-term partners in 2019, while several notable organizations are departing the league, as previously reported by ESPN.
