After taking some time to explore free agency, top laner Ho-jong "Flame" Lee will rejoin DAMWON Gaming for the upcoming 2020 League of Legends season.
Flame split time last season in the top lane for DAMWON with Ha-gwon "Nuguri" Jang, but ultimately lost the spot to Nuguri at Worlds where the team finished in 5-8th place. Flame did not participate in the summer playoffs or the 2019 regional finals heading into Worlds.
DAMWON finished fifth in the Spring Split and fourth in the spring playoffs. The team followed that with a second-place finish in the Summer Split and a third-place finish in the summer playoffs.
Flame's split duties are expected to remain unchanged when the 2020 season begins, as he battles for the top lane spot with Nuguri.
