NBA players take to gaming in light of season suspension

esports, NBA, null

The coronavirus has brought a halt to the routines of much of daily life throughout the country, including the suspension of all major sports leagues in the U.S and many across the globe. This has led to athletes and teams wondering what they'll do as they wait for their seasons to resume. The answer for several has been video games. The Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks got creative and took their postponed matchup online as they played NBA 2K on Twitch on Friday.

One of the Mavericks, Luka Doncic, wondered earlier Saturday where he could set up streams.

It's not just Doncic, many other NBA players, including Josh Hart, De'Aaron Fox and Trae Young, have also taken to gaming and streaming on Twitch in the interim.
