TOP STORY: Race for Eriksen heating up
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen has two of Europe's biggest clubs fighting over his signature, with Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain both interested in the Denmark international, according to the Mirror.
Should Neymar make the move from PSG back to Barcelona before Monday's closure of the European transfer window, the French club are said to be looking at Eriksen as a replacement.
However, with sources telling ESPN that Barcelona have given up their pursuit of Neymar, Eriksen may have to choose between Madrid or staying with Spurs in the Premier League.

22.30 BST: Pep Guardiola told reporters on Sunday that Manchester City could not afford to buy a centre-back this summer, which could come to bite the defending champs if Aymeric Laporte is ruled out long-term with a knee injury he suffered against Brighton on Saturday.
Pep & Co. spent £120 million this offseason to add Rodri, Joao Cancelo and Angelino to the City ranks, but there were no funds leftover for a Vincent Kompany replacement, Guardiola said.
"We could not buy like the opponents," said Guardiola. "The club works incredibly well in all departments and sometimes we cannot afford it like other teams afford it and that is all.
"We pay a lot of money for a lot of players, that is why we have a depth of squad with huge quality but we cannot do, the club tell me, you have a limit, you cannot go forward.
"Maybe in the future but not now, you cannot do it. I say, ok, you cannot do it so we cannot do it so we are going with what we have."
22.23 BST: Coveted Fluminense forward Pedro is joining Fiorentina for €11 million, according to Brazil's Globoesporte. The 22-year-old had been on the radars of CSKA, Bordeaux and Monaco as well as Portuguese powers Benfica and Sporting.
21.46 BST: Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has said he isn't expecting Christian Eriksen to leave the club this summer despite persistent reports linking the Denmark international to Real Madrid among others.
"I was worried about the situation [with Eriksen] but I think he'll be 100% focused after the transfer window ends, now he can focus on Tottenham," Pochettino told a news conference after Spurs' 2-2 draw at Arsenal on Sunday.
"I don't want to say it's impossible that he leaves but it's difficult now. I'm optimistic [he will stay], I hope everything will be clear. Today he was one of our top performers."
21.00 BST: Wolves have loaned defender Roderick Miranda to Portuguese side FC Famalicao for the season, the club has announced.
20.13 BST: Celtic are considering a move for Birmingham City's Mitch Roberts, according to the Birmingham Mail. The 18-year-old centre-back is also a target of Manchester City per the outlet.
19.07 BST: Juventus are hoping to end this summer's transfer window on a high with the signing of Croatia international midfielder Ivan Rakitic, reports la Gazzetta dello Sport.
18.17 BST: PSG have completed the season-long loan signing of goalkeeper Sergio Rico from Sevilla.
The Spaniard arrives at Parc des Princes for the remainder of the campaign and the French champions have the option to buy him next summer.
Rico, 26, is expected to take over from Marcin Bulka as PSG's No. 2 as Keylor Navas comes in from Real Madrid to replace Alphonse Areola, who will move the opposite way on loan until the end of this term.
"I am very happy to have signed with PSG," said Rico. "Everyone in Europe knows how big the club has grown in recent years. It is an honour to be a member of this playing squad, that includes so many of my compatriots. I will give my maximum every day to help my new club achieve as much success as possible, in France and in Europe. This is a magnificent next chapter for my career, that begins on the day of my 26th birthday!"

17.33 BST: -- A rumour involving a top Italian team up next. Is Ante Rebic soon to be on the move?
Goal reports that the Eintracht Frankfurt striker has been left out of the upcoming squad to face Fortuna Dusseldorf as he's set to head to AC Milan before the close of the transfer window. The 25-year-old notched nine goals and five assists in 29 Bundesliga appearances last season, enough to attract interest from the San Siro. However, any loan deal would come with a purchase clause of 25m that would be triggered after a certain number of appearances for Milan this season.

16.43 BST: Real Madrid women's team have signed England international and former Arsenal winger, Chioma Ubogagu.
CD Tacon (as the Real team is known until next summer) have already landed Sweden's Sofia Jakobsson and Kosovare Asllani and now have the 26-year-old Ubogagu in their ranks after she left Orlando Pride.
15.56 BST: The Daily Mail reports that former Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel has terminated his contract with Atalanta.
Skrtel, 34, joined on a free transfer after leaving Fenerbahce this summer. But, having been an unused sub against SPAL, the defender allegedly had a fight with manager Gian Piero Gasperini and opted to end his stay after only a few weeks.

14.31 BST: AS Monaco have signed forward Jean-Kevin Augustin on loan, with an option to buy, from RB Leipzig.

12.54 BST: Manchester City's England under-21 midfielder Phil Foden has been described as the "most talented player I've ever seen" by manager Pep Guardiola - AND THAT INCLUDES LIONEL MESSI!
But he still can't get on the pitch at City, so both Rangers and Roma have enquired about taking him on loan, says the Daily Mirror.
12.12 BST: Manchester United are already making plans for the exit of goalkeeper David De Gea, says the Sun.
The Spain goalkeeper has yet to put pen to paper on a new £350,000-a-week contract, with his current deal ending next summer. As a result, the United scouting team have been busy looking at replacement -- namely Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak and Dinamo Zagreb's Dominik Livakovic.
Already on the books, Sergio Romero is "viewed as a backup keeper" while Dean Henderson, on loan at Sheffield United, is "one for the future."
Oh and Dave is off to PSG for £30m in January. Somebody better tell them not to buy Keylor Navas.
11.12 BST: Happy 26th birthday to Sevilla goalkeeper Sergio Rico! Le Parisien says he's going to celebrate by making a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain as current No. 1 Alphonse Areola looks set to swap clubs with Real Madrid stopper Keylor Navas.
Navas is on his way to Paris before the European transfer market closes on Sept. 2, sources have told ESPN.
The La Liga giants were initially asking for €20m for the Costa Rica international, but sources said that the deal could include Areola to lower the price.
10.30 BST: Former Atletico Madrid, Man United, Chelsea and Monaco striker Radamel Falcao is set to join Galatasaray, with the Turkish club tweeting that the Colombian is set to land at Istanbul airport at 4 p.m.
09.42 BST: Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen has been left out of the side recently and could move on loan before tomorrow's deadline, says Kicker.
Vertonghen's contract expires in June 2020 and he has yet to be used in by manager Mauricio Pochettino this season. The paper reports that Bayer Leverkusen are keen to land him on loan.
09.00 BST: ICYMI - Barcelona have given up their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar but will make a renewed effort to sign the Brazilian superstar next summer, sources have told ESPN FC.
Sources close to the Ligue 1 champions also confirmed on Saturday that the deal is off and that Neymar will be staying in Paris.
Following weeks of negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain, Barca have been unable to strike a deal to bring Neymar back to Camp Nou.
However, sources at Barca have told ESPN FC that they don't view this as the end of the saga. The club have not ruled out returning with another offer next summer for a player they consider to be a "strategic" signing -- someone who brings the club as much on the pitch as he does off it.

Duncan to Dortmund?
Liverpool's Bobby Duncan is on the radar of Borussia Dortmund, and could make a move to the German club if Liverpool choose not to renew his contract, the Mirror reports.
The 18-year-old, who is related to Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, has been in the headlines this week for falling out with the club over a potential move to Fiorentina, which was reportedly blocked.
Young English players making the move to Dortmund has become an attractive prospect following the success of Jadon Sancho at Signal Iduna Park, so it would come as no surprise to see Duncan wish to leave for the German club.
Dybala not going anywhere
Paulo Dybala will be staying at Juventus this summer, according to Calciomercato.
Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici was pretty firm in telling the outlet: "I feel I can absolutely exclude a transfer for Paulo Dybala."
Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur had been rumoured destinations for the 25-year-old this summer, as had PSG, but those look to be off the cards for now.

- Javier Hernandez has reportedly handed in a transfer request at West Ham. Sources have told ESPN that the player has agreed terms with Sevilla, and the Mail says that Chicharito has confirmed his desire to leave in writing in order push through the move before Monday's transfer deadline.
- Speaking of Sevilla, Le Parisien says PSG are circling Los Rojiblancos keeper Sergio Rico.
- Rangers boss Steven Gerrard have all-but given up on signing Liverpool's Ryan Kent, according to the Express. Gerrard says that the only way that a deal can be done is if the Reds acquiesce to a loan.
