Gareth Bale on target as Real Madrid edge past Leganes
Real Madrid warmed up for the second leg of their Champions League semifinal against Bayern Munich with a 2-1 home win over Leganes.
Madrid took an early lead when Gareth Bale scored with acrobatic effort that creeped over line, after Karim Benzema's shot was saved.
The lead was doubled through Borja Mayoral, who knocked in with one of his first touches.
Leganes pulled a goal back as Amrabat crossed and ex-Atletico youth teamer Ruben Perez was left alone in six yard box to knock home.
The visitors had Gabriel sent off after the final whistle after protesting against the decision to end the match when his side were on the attack.
