Villarreal sign Senegal midfielder Alfred N'Diaye from Real Betis

Villarreal have signed Senegal international Alfred N'Diaye from Real Betis in a deal reported to be worth around €7.5 million.

N'Diaye, who has signed a five-year deal at El Madrigal, will cost a further €500,000 if Villarreal qualify for the Europa League in either of the next two seasons and an extra €1m of they reach the Champions League, AS reported.

The midfielder makes the move two years after joining Betis from Sunderland.

He helped Betis win promotion to the top flight in 2014-15, and a statement on the official Villarreal website said they had signed "a complete, powerful and very versatile player."
