West Bromwich Albion have signed Scotland international Oliver Burke from Bundesliga club RB Leipzig.
Burke, 20, joins for an undisclosed fee reported to be to around £15 million and has put pen to paper on a five-year contract.
He could go straight into the squad for the Premier League home game against Stoke City on Sunday.
The former Nottingham Forest winger told West Brom's official website: "I feel it is a time for me to move on and play more games. I want to impress, and I want my name to be first on the teamsheet."
Baggies boss Tony Pulis said Burke was a player of "tremendous talent" and added: "We're really pleased to get him in.
"He's got a fantastic raw ability but he has also got the experience of going away from the comfort of his own area to a foreign country and experiencing life.
"He's gained the experience of playing for a top club in the Bundesliga with top coaches. That will have broadened his horizons and been good for his development."

Pulis added that Burke "was not the finished article yet by any means," but said: "I'm sure our fans will like him. He's very direct and he scores goals."
Burke becomes West Brom's fourth major signing of the window, following Jay Rodriguez, Ahmed Hegazi and Gareth Barry to The Hawthorns.
Earlier this summer, Leipzig had said they wanted to keep him but sporting director Ralf Rangnick told the club's official website: "We did not rule out that Oliver Burke might leave us if we were to receive a thought-provoking offer and the player at the same time expressed his wish to move.
"This has happened now and Oliver will leave us for the Premier League. He can help his new team with his skill set, and we wish him all the best."
