Chelsea youngster Kasey Palmer is poised to join Huddersfield Town on loan, sources close to the club have told ESPN FC.
Palmer is highly rated at Chelsea and the midfielder was named on the first team bench last season.
The 19-year-old impressed for Chelsea's under-21s side last season and is tipped for a bright future at Stamford Bridge.
Palmer, who has represented England at all levels from U17 to U21s helped his country win this summer's Toulon Tournament.
Chelsea want Palmer to continue his development by going out on loan to get regular first team football next season and they have been weighing up which club best suits his needs.
