Chelsea forward Izzy Brown has joined Rotherham on a season-long loan, while goalkeeper Jamal Blackman has moved to Wycombe Wanderers until Jan. 3.
England youth international Brown, 19, will spend the 2016-17 season at the New York Stadium, becoming Rotherham boss Alan Stubbs' 10th signing of the summer.
Brown can play as a winger or striker and could make his debut in the Millers' Championship clash at Brighton on Tuesday.

Stubbs said: "We're delighted we've been allowed to take one of Chelsea's rising talents. He's a really attacking player who brings pace and power, which is something I've wanted to add to the forward area.
"He's the type of player who gets fans out of their seats. He's very exciting.
"Chelsea see him as someone who can potentially play in their first team in the future. This is one of a few that we tried to get across the line. We missed out on one or two others. This is one of the exciting ones I was hoping would happen."

Blackman, meanwhile, has agreed to spend the first half of the season with League Two club Wycombe.
The 22-year-old arrives after Wycombe failed to agree a deal with Sheffield Wednesday to prolong Cameron Dawson's loan stint.
Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth said on the club's official website: "For us to attract someone of Jamal's calibre to the club is a big coup for us, and is a result of the excellent relationship that we have with Chelsea both as a club, and me personally.
"He's a giant lad with massive potential to go far in the game and I'm sure he'll benefit from playing regular men's football and working under the guidance of [goalkeeping coach] Barry Richardson.
"Cameron was outstanding in his two games for us and we wanted to keep him here, but unfortunately we couldn't reach an agreement with Sheffield Wednesday to extend his loan. He's a great lad and we'll keep a close eye on his development as I'm sure he'll go on to have a very good career in the game.
"Jamal comes to us on a much better deal for the club and I'd like to thank Chelsea for allowing us to bring him in and trusting us with one of their young stars, who we are excited about working with and I'm sure he will learn a lot during his time here."
