Everton winger Kevin Mirallas will join Fiorentina on a season-long loan subject to a medical, both clubs have confirmed.
Belgium international Mirallas, who moved to Goodison Park from Greek side Olympiakos in 2012, has struggled for regular playing time in recent months.
The 30-year-old, who spent the second half of last season back on loan at Olympiakos, has seen his chances of a first-team place further diminished by the arrival of Richarlison from Watford.

Mirallas made his most recent Everton appearance in a Europa League match against Apollon Limassol on Dec. 7 when Sam Allardyce was in charge.
He is under contract at Goodison Park until June 2020, having signed fresh terms in May 2017.
