TOP STORY: Chelsea target Sancho, but not for £100m price
Frank Lampard has made Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho his No. 1 target for the upcoming January transfer window, after Chelsea's transfer ban was reduced on Friday morning.
The Express has reported that Sancho is also the subject of interest from Manchester United and Liverpool, with Chelsea understandably not willing to meeting Dortmund's pricetag.
Lampard immediately pledged he is ready to spend the £150 million the club has in its transfer funds. However, he is not willing to splash £100m of that fund on Sancho -- the fee Dortmund want for the highly-rated teenager.
Other players on Lampard's radar are said to be Wilfried Zaha, Ben Chilwell, Nathan Ake, Timo Werner, Fedor Chaley, Moussa Dembele and Hakim Ziyech. We'll have to see if Chelsea let the money go to their heads.

22.43 GMT: Money is available to Newcastle manager Steve Bruce in January should he want to make any signings, according to the Telegraph, but the club will need to shift the wages of high earners like Jack Colback before bringing in any fresh faces.
21.16 GMT: With Aymeric Laporte still recovering from his knee injury, Manchester City are considering a January move for Barcelona centre-back Samuel Umtiti, cites L'Equipe as reporting, while adding that Chelsea and Manchester United are also monitoring the 26-year-old France international.
19.49 GMT: Le Parisien writes that Paris Saint-Germain captain Thiago Silva's future in the French capital is in question, with the 35-year-old's contract expiring in the summer, and that highly sought-after Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly has been mooted as the Brazilian's potential replacement.
18.22 GMT: Having been burned by Alexis Sanchez, Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil running down their contracts in recent seasons, Arsenal are worried Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may do the same, and will entertain offers for last season's Golden Boot winner if he does not sign a new contract by the end of the season, the Mail reports.
16.55 GMT: Real Madrid are preparing to offer Manchester United Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez in exchange for Paul Pogba in January, according to Spanish outlet El Desmarque.
15.28 GMT: FC Salzburg coach Jesse Marsch has said Bundesliga side RB Leipzig would be a "great fit" for his star striker, Erling Haaland.
Haaland, 19, has been the subject of interest from almost every top European club, with Manchester United and Bayern Munich among them. But, speaking about Haaland's future, American Marsch told Omnisport that the other half of the Red Bull franchise is perfect.
"For me, Leipzig is a great club for any player," he said. "Especially for a young player. In theory, it's a great fit for Erling.
"The people at the club in Leipzig are really, really good people and focused a lot on the development of players, on taking care of players and on professionalism. The standard in Leipzig is so high."
14.49 GMT: Above it says that Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha might be on the radar of Chelsea. The FC TV guys explain why this might not come off.
13.18 GMT: Pedro could be set to leave Chelsea on a free transfer when his contract expires this summer.
"Yes there are offers, there are always clubs that are interested and that is a joy," the Spanish winger told Radio Club Tenerife."[Whether in Spain or elsewhere] that is good news.
"Nobody knows what can happen. I still have years to play but you're thinking about what things are going on. I'm running out of contract at Chelsea, I'm free and we'll see what happens."
12.45 GMT: Liverpool are getting pretty good at this transfer market thing and have now turned attentions to Fluminese striker Evanilson, according to Brazilian outlet Netflu.
Evanilson, 20, has a contract which expires in February 2020 and the club could be ready to make a deal for around £4m.
Jurgen Klopp said yesterday that Liverpool would look to sign a striker if Rhian Brewster goes out on loan.

10.17 GMT: Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu is worried about the day Lionel Messi hangs up his boots after the forward said his retirement is "approaching" after collecting his sixth Ballon d'or this week.
Messi, 32, is out of contract in 2021 and has a clause in his current deal which would allow him to walk away for free next summer. Bartomeu wants to tie him down to a lifetime contract, though, and hopes his comments about retiring do not mean he will be quitting the game anytime soon.
"I am worried about the day Messi retires," the Barca chief told Catalunya Radio. "I would like him to sign another contract. He still has time ahead of him, we've spoken many times about it.
"He doesn't have any problem with continuing at Barca. I have no doubt that he will play here until he retires, that he's committed to the club. There are no doubts about him ending his career here and ending it when he wants."
09.32 GMT: Eldesmarque is reporting that Ousmane Dembele's agent, Moussa Sissoko, has "met with executives from Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Manchester City."
The Barcelona winger hasn't settled at Camp Nou since arriving for £105m from Dortmund and now a host of teams are interested in picking him up.

Borinim 28, is playing for AC Milan but the Evening Standard reports that Crystal Palace have contacted the London club about doing a loan deal.

Spurs make 'futile' bid for Van de Beek
Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made a "futile" bid for Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek.
De Telegraaf has reported that Jose Mourinho has failed to lure the 22-year-old to north London, with the Dutchman understood to be more interested in a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.
It's reported that Marc Overmars -- Ajax's director of football -- has put a price tag between £50m-£60m on Van de Beek, a figure that hasn't put off Madrid who declared their interest in the midfielder during the summer.
It is also said that Van de Beek's potential move to the Bernabeu could hinge on Madrid securing the services of Manchester United's Paul Pogba.
A possible move for Van de Beek would soften the blow for Spurs should out-of-contract star Christian Eriksen move on, who has also been tied to Real Madrid and Manchester United.
Juventus still keen on Rakitic
Juventus still remain interested in swooping for Barcelona's Ivan Rakitic, according to Corriere di Torino.
Rakitic has made little secret of his desire to find a new challenge after being placed out of favour by Barcelona chief Ernesto Valverde.
It is reported a move to Italy has been possible, with AC Milan and Inter Milan interested in the World Cup finalist.
It's possible the 31-year-old could be on the move by as early as January, with the report adding that Barcelona may be forced into lowering their transfer demands.

- Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reportedly pulled out of contract renewal talks at Arsenal. The Mirror has said last season's Premier League golden boot winner is ready to quit the club next summer. Arsenal, who sit only five points clear of the relegation frame with almost half of the season complete, now face the dilemma of choosing whether to keep the 30-year-old at the risk of losing him to a free transfer or selling one of their most proven players.
- Brazilian striker Gabriel Barbosa has expressed his desire to link up with countryman Roberto Firmino at Liverpool. In an interview with The Sun, the 23-year-old known as "Gabigol" expressed his love for the Premier League amid his successful loan stint with Flamengo from parent club Inter Milan. Barbosa was targeted by Jurgen Klopp in 2017 -- a year after Inter Milan signed him for £26m from Santos.
